Fitbit not syncing at all

I can not get my Fitbit app to sync with my account at all. I get to the point I put my account info in and then it just keeps putting me back to the page to enter in the information. Getting really annoyed trying to remember every day to log all my info. Someone please help!

What exactly are you having problems with?
I can try to help. Sometimes I've found you have to give it a while to figure itself out, up to 24 hours. Or try to force a sync b/t the apps.

I just got a new FitBit and linked it like 20 minutes ago. I just checked and my food is syncing between the apps, but not steps yet. There are trouble shooting tips in mfp help sections that are helpful, but like I said, from past experience, sometimes it just takes a bit.

One of the tips is to make sure the timezones on both apps are the same (this one is funny, I can't get them to match, Fitbit has my city as GMT 04:00 and on MFP "eastern time" is listed as GMT 05:00) I wonder why that is?
