I eat the same breakfast every day, which includes:
    - 0% Fage Greek yogurt
    - Chocolate PB2
    - Chocolate protein powder
    - Trader Joe's high fiber cereal.

I also eat a lot of vegetables. These vary based on season and cravings, but they usually include:
    - Broccoli
    - Green beans
    - Spinach
    - Lettuce or other salad greens
    - Tomatoes
    - Asparagus
    - Sugar snap peas or snow peas

I have vegetarian protein with every meal. Most often:
    - Tofu
    - TVP/soy curls
    - Trader Joe's soy crumbles (i.e., meatless "ground beef")
    - Tempeh, either plain or flavored
    - Eggs

    Snacks and other things:
    - Quest bars
    - Chocolate, the highest quality I can get. I'm a chocolate snob.
    - Low calorie ice cream, usually Enlightened.
    - Low calorie sauces. Dinner is often a veggie, a protein, and a sauce.
    - Tea
    - High quality flavored balsamic vinegar, which we use instead of salad dressing.

I also have certain things I always keep in the freezer:
    - Homemade spaghetti sauce
    - Homemade vegan chili
    - Cooked beans
    - Quick meals, like frozen "chicken" patties or a frozen pizza.

This is all in addition to basic pantry staples like cooking spray, flour, spices, salt, etc.

Fruit (seasonally variable): right now it’s strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, and soon cherries! but in the fall or winter it’s apples, pears and clementines.
    Bananas, always.
Some kind of chicken or fish to cook
    Milk
    Almonds
    Butter
    Cottage cheese

Staples I usually have around and buy as needed:

    Canned beans
    Olive oil
    Canned tomato products
    Tuna
    Salsa

    Hope this helps!

I cook something different every 2-3 days, thus my groceries list is never the same. Apart from
    Skyr, oats, raisins for breakfast
a good-quality bread for second breakfast and lunch, together with cheese and chicken/ham/turkey slices.
    Green tea.
Oh, and some snack. At the moment it's Knoppers.

Skyr, lots of fruit, lots of vegetables, some kind of chocolate that can be easily divided into small portions.

And cat food, but that's not for me :)

Oh, I forgot Chili Flavored Pistachios in the shell. The extra time to shell them, the protein/fat/fiber combination, and the need to drink water from the hot chili seasoning helps me not overeat.

We have Blue Apron delivered every week. I love it. Love to cook don't like grocery shopping or figuring out what to have for dinner. I always have leftovers so the calorie count is reasonable. I noticed that people don't include wine or coffee on their shopping list - perhaps this is my downfall???
