New and confused!

Hello!
My name is Denise and I am new to the community..I exercise 5-6 days a week including both cardio, fat burning and strength training. As I am getting older, I’m noticing that I can burn over 500-600 calories a day but have not been able to get my nutrition down. I have lowered body fat while increasing muscle mass but my goal is to lose weight, get def more defined and eat the way that works for me as I seem to not be eating enough to burn fat, lose weight and increase muscle.
I am not sure exactly how much more to eat, proteins or carbs.,, so that my body doesn’t hold onto fat instead of losing it!!!! Love to meet friends who strength train and have a working nutritional plan.,, I’m
Looking to meet other moms, older /younger women/men who are on a journey, or are changing or who have changed their lifestyle to a healthier version!! And are seeing great improvements!!!!
