Looking to purchase some low carb bread for lunches on the go. Any reccomendations or what brand to buy and where? Thank you π

You can lower the digestability of carbs in bread by converting some of it to resistant starch which is digested like water soluble fibre so fewer carbs are absorbed by your body. For bread, this is done by freezing the bread and then toasting from frozen.

I just started buying Hovis Lower Carb bread from Asda. You can buy the seeded loaf or just wholemeal and both have roughly 9.9g of carbs per slice π (Just noticed your username...Iβm from Scotland too π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ βΊοΈ)1
