Hi everyone! I’m a stay at home mommy with 2 kiddos. I have 100lbs to lose. I struggle with food addiction. It is what I turn to when I’m happy or sad. I want to learn to turn to exercise. Here for support!

    Welcome! One thing that helped me when I first started here was the idea that you shouldn't give up on a goal just because of the time it will take to achieve it - the time will pass anyway.

    Hi. I'm pretty much the same. SAHM with 3 kids looking to lose 100 pounds and working on my relationship with food. I'm going to send you a friend request. Maybe we can inspire each other.
