Losing the last 10 lbs

I’m losing about a lb per week by sticking to a 1220 cal/day diet. 65% fat - 15% carbs & 20% protein. Little or no sugar. Light exercise. I have a lot of choices of food to eat & the inches are coming off. I’m over 40 & have had 2 kids.
