Taken 3 months so far!
Been exercising and changed my diet!
Eating around 1500 calories with my fitness pal! I do have a cheat day every 2 weeks where I treat myself as life is too short not to eat a slice of cake.
And I love les mills body attack & body pump so have introduced that in my routine.
Also did my first half marathon yesterday 😀 it was actually emotional when I finished!

Big congrats on finishing the half marathon. Thanks for the quick response.what would you advise a person that is obese and have never worked out. I’m work it on staying under the calorie goals but working out is where I struggle0
