I'm Eleanor I'm 45 and I've been doing slimming world and have lost 35lbs but plateaued now for about 2 months. I never really feel hungry and have read about the benefits of IF. I syar6ed yesterday and can honestly say I didnt feel hungry. I'm doing 20:4 fasting. I've got about another 60lbs to lose. I will be forgoing food but I do have tea / coffee throughout the day with milk and sugar. I have chicken, rice and veg for dinner or pasta bolognese. I'm also gluten free as I have coeliac disease.
