New but not New

Hello all. I first joined My Fitness Pal in 2015 but I have not consistently been on here. I have 50 pounds to release. I have seen success before but lost my way and gain it back. Iā€™m back ready to learn more as the app is more complex than I remember. Looking to meet new people and create a new lifestyle.šŸ˜€

    I am back at it again myself! The motivation to keep logging everything you eat is difficult but does wonders mentally!(You eat a bit cleaner so when you log everything, it looks good lol) Consistency and scheduling is life. Do not forget meal prepping! It helps greatly
