I just started going to the gym and lifting. I’m wondering if any of you have any good free apps to use that can record my sets, reps, and weight for each exercise? If possible I’d like to have a graph of some sort to see my weight progression.

I like Jefit as well. You can customize your exercise program for the thousands of exercises they have for each body group. You can create your own timer for rest periods between lift.

I use fitnotes - gym workout log on my phone. free to use, no adds and id highly recommend it. It has good analysis and features. Can breakdown analysis by total workout volume/weight/reps etc or by lift. lets you know when you've reached a new pb on weight or reps has goal setting and some other good features.

Do you have a program you are going to do? Stronglifts 5X5 has its own app that is great. Nice beginner program and an app that is super helpful.

I was thinking of starting strong curves, but I’ll look into stronglifts too! Thank you

You'll find the app on the website, stronglifts.com.

I've been using this recently as well. Not the most intuitive when getting started, but clean and effective once you know your way around. I like it.
