Maintaining but not losing

My goal weight is 125. I have been logging calories everyday for 110 days. My weight is up and down a few pounds. I am exercising. I am weighing food. I just can’t seem to lose the extra few pounds. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

How tall are you and what is your current weight?
Are you double checking that the entries you are using in the database have the accurate calories?
Have you had patches in that 3+ months where you might not have been logging 100% accurately (no judgement - I regularly have a week here and there where my logging slacks off!)
It sounds like you don't have much to lose, so it's literally the little things that make a difference.6 -
Your food diary has a lot of estimates in it. It doesn't look like you're using a food scale consistently, since you have a lot of things logged in scoops, servings, packages, pieces, etc. Get a food scale and use it for ALL solid food. If you eat something that you didn't cook yourself, estimate high, and keep in mind that logging errors can add up fast when you don't have much to lose.9

This and be careful with prepared salads. Their calorie estimates can be off by quite a margin depending on who fixes them.3
