Slendertone pad alternative?

Hey there. I was looking at getting the connect ab slendertone belt but the only thing holding me back is the continual price of the pads. I see other pads on ebay for far less. wondering if i can use those on the slendertone belt. slendertone pack usually has 2 sizes but maybe that is just their marketing to deter people from this. Any experience or advice is appreciated.

An alternative that actually works? Eating less.
