Calories burned during Sex

Hi - the topic of cals burned during sex has come up with some of my friends - and I'm looking for some 'insight' into this topic. Let's face it - we all want to record ALL the exercise we perform each day - so is Sex included in that? It's not in the MFP list of cardio. Would it BE a cardio or a strength, or a combo of the two.. or perhaps circuit training? (i have visions of swinging from a chandalier lmao)

I've googled some results on this - alot of mixed deals.. some say yes, some say no or very little.

Just looking to get some answers on this.... should be a fun discussion I think.

Here is a little of what I found. Based on a 150lb person, I found estimates that ranged from 72 cal. to 200 cal. burned in 15min of intercourse. I imagine this depends on the intensity of the physical effort you put in. You can burn on average 25cal. for every fifteen minutes of foreplay and 60-100cal. per orgasm.
So let's say 3/4 hour of foreplay=75cal
Average out the intercourse to =135cal.
And achieving the desired O =80cal.
For a total of 290 cal. in about an hour. Not too bad. I imagine kinksters can manage to burn more than vanillas. Not sure how to account for tantric sex, maybe equal to a yoga class plus the orgasm?
