Post-holiday workouts....

So I just got back from a 9 day holiday and could not do any exercise while I was on my holiday. Before going on my holiday, I was consistent for weeks on my lifting program. The program consists of lifting 3 days a week. Now that I have come home in the middle of a week(on a Wednesday), should I squeeze in all 3 days into the rest of the week? Should i immediately start lifting as usual again or should I take it slowly? How to take it slowly?

    Just pick up your regular schedule. And lower volume for a few sessions to avoid DOMS.

    I wouldn't cram your workouts in half a week. Just start with whatever day and go from there. You may want to deload or see how your warm-ups feel and take it from there.
