Love my bread and rice and this week has been the first week I completely stopped it all....will I crash?

If you truly cut out carbs then, yes, you will feel like crap for a couple weeks while you body adjusts.
When I see people do this to themselves I have to wonder why? Why would anyone want to eat like this... I honestly don't get it.4 -

BTW - no need to cut them all out. I eat bread and sugar every single day and lose weight, when I want to lose weight.5 -
Why would you cut out bread and rice if you love those things? Did your doctor tell you specifically that you need to do that?
I would personally “crash,” in the sense of being unable to stick to my calorie goal, if I refused to eat foods I wanted.
If I suddenly and dramatically cut carbs, I would “crash” in the sense of having very little energy.2 -
Seems like a bad idea. Even if you absolutely needed to cut these from your diet why wouldn't you gradually eat less instead of jumping off a cliff?
