Weigh in & motivation...

I've only been on the app for 11 days but my actual lifestyle change began on May 19th.
I quit drinking. I quit weed. I started exercising and eating healthier than I ever have.
This morning when I weighed in, I came in at 158 - 10 pounds lighter than when I began.
I know that's likely to be the most dramatic drop that I make considering most of my body is thin except my belly.
But it feels good and definitely is enhancing my motivation.
Some mornings I do not want to go to the gym.
I mean, I don't think I worked out a single day in my 30's - lol!
But now I'm 42, soon to be 43, and a weigh in like this morning is very helpful to keep me going back to the gym.
Hope you all are having a great morning.
