Does anyone know of a good, free place to get pilates videos?

    Your local library is another good source.

    I generally purchase videos from Amazon. A couple favorites - Element Pilates for Weight Loss and Element Accelerated (buy the DVD and get a resistance band). I really like band workouts. Ana Caban DVDs are good too.

    Also - Ellen Barrett (I love her) videos. They tend to be a fusion of Pilates/ballet/yoga.
