anybody have any good tips to get LEAN skinny thighs / legs and to shrink your waist? i’m having body issues and i was just wondering !!

Nope - you can't spot reduce.
Eat at a calorie deficit to lose fat. Where your body chooses to lose fat from is largely hereditary.
Strength train while losing to help keep the lean muscle you already have.
As you get close to goal weight look at recomposition. Eating at maintenance or a very small deficit and strength training.... gain some muscle in the process.5 -
Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. The body pulls fat from wherever genetics dictate. You just have to keep taking it off until it comes off from where you like. Often, it's first on, last off, which is frustrating. I'd love to get rid of the last of my belly fat first, but that's not how my body works. It'll go when it's good and ready and not a moment before, so I'll just keep chugging along until it does.3
