Can’t find the motivation 🙃

So I’m going on holiday in around 3 months and I need to go from 105.9KG to hopefully around 90KG but just can’t find the motivation to get going, today I decided to get my journey started and this is how far I got with it all just planning...if anyone could just help me out to get going I’d be more then grateful 6mfjexgks3os.png

    I’m on the same bout. Had nearly same weight 3 weeks ago. Now down to 98kg. Have not change much in my diet. Just controlling portion size by counting calories. Also my trick is I’m not counting them before but rather after meal(of course I weight everything before, but putting it on paper not in app). If there is something too much I make a not for my self for next time. Also to keep my self accountable I started insta page to log my progress and foods.
