Hi all,
I've been a sometime member, but I'm changing my approach. I'm a 49 year old woman who wants to be healthier by 50. I'm going to use Yoni Freedhoff's approach in "The Diet Fix" and I'd love to have a couple of companions along the way. Freedhoff's approach is carb-level agnostic, higher protein, based in just recording foods. I don't do super low calorie dieting, so am aiming for around 2000 calories a day. I'm also trying to eat more veggies and fruits, and exercise regularly (y'know, the usual)!
Best regards,
Abbie Dove

What is carb level agnostic?1

It means that the diet doesn't require a low carb approach or a low fat approach, just whatever works for the person!0
