Hi. Long-time MFP user, new to forums.
3.5 years on this latest journey and I've hit my goal(s) many times over. Did it right this time. 100+ lbs down, 3-4 shirt sizes, 8 pants sizes...now it the best shape of my life. I'll never go back.
Interested to hear other's insight about maintenance, losing the last stubborn fat and gaining muscle/toning. I never seen my ideal body so I don't know what I'm uncovering. But am damn sure going to find out

Very proud to hear your on track.
Drink your water before meals and make sure even when tired...a short 10 to 15 min. Walk is so good for all of us.
Think of macronutrients and stay away from inside grocery aisles where all the process food is...prepare your meals. 👍😁 and most important No fad diets or any diets. Be happy!1
