🎵 Do you like pina coladas? 🍹Or gettin’ caught in the rain?🌧 🎶
Well, if you like the former, I’ve whipped together an easy recipe for some yummy overnight oats that are super tropical, healthy and non-alcoholic 😉

Chia Pina Colada Oats

1/2 C gluten free oats
1 C water
2 tsp Chia seeds
1/4 C crushed pineapple
1/4 C coconut milk
1 tsp toasted coconut chips

Mix your chia seeds, oats and water in a microwave safe container w/ lid. Do not cook yet, let set over night. When ready to eat the next morning, add your coconut milk and crushed pineapple. Microwave for 2 mins. Top with the toasted coconut chips and enjoy!
