Hey y'all! 40 y/o mom of 4 here. I'm just starting this journey though it's loooong over due. I'm planning on meal prepping (4 active teens so it will help time balance) and working out at least 5 days for 30 minutes to start. Literally have no idea how to work out ...advice appreciated for beginners! Just looking to make friends with similar goals and for support.
