Best exercises to do to thicken (lower) inner thighs?

I’m going to include a picture so you can kind of see what I mean. I know my legs are definitely under-muscled (working on it!). But what muscle should I focus on to make my lower legs not look so chicken like? Hopefully someone understand what I’m getting at. gqiwmdg3lwfm.jpeg

As you build quad and hamstring muscle the shape of your legs will change. Lunges, squats, leg press, abductor and adductor machine, hamstring curls...all great exercises to target your legs

Running up and down hills and mountains has helped improve my leg shape immensely, my upper thighs slimmed down and my skinny lower legs filled out with muscle and my legs look a lot more balanced now, not to mention they are so much stronger!

Leg extensions, feet close together squats, hack squats, step ups are just a few. 3x8-12 works pretty well with most of the population. Also, if you're trying to add muscle, you need to be in a slight calorie surplus.

Following a proper lifting program working lower 2-3x per week is a good start. Strong Curves is a good one focused on the lower body.. lots of work for the glutes, hamstrings and quads.
