I've been using the app for a couple month now, but never got around to introducing myself.
I've been lifting properly for about 8 months now and got into proper nutrition just a couple months ago. I have been averaging around 1850 calories since then and my goal is body recomposition while getting my fat % down. Been going really well so far. Down to around 15% bf now while more or less maintaining my weight.
