Too many carbs?

Im doing a calorie controlled diet, and i want to have 1000 a day.

I have had today

fruit and fibre semi skimmed milk 173
100g straberries 30

koka curry flavoured noodles 143
2 slices wholemeal bread (101 slice) 202
Turkey slices 100g = 130 i only had 50 g = 65
1 TBSP coleslaw which i think is 40 ckals


i havnt even finished my noodles as i feel full eating them! So i had to stop, so yeah am i eating too many carbs? for my dinner i was going to have a jacket potato.....

Also how do i figure calories out?

i love M&S deli coleslaw the tub is 300g and 100g is 250ckals. I have 1 tbsp in my jacket or on a sandwich....

    Click on the "food" tab at the top and you can search through the database. You can also add foods in if you have the boxes and tins from the foods with all the info re nutrients on the back :smile:
