Get out of the 200's before the summer is out!

I would love to get out of the 200s but i don't think i can do that by the end of august. I am aiming to see a low 200 number by the end of august. Currently I am at about 236lbs so to be around 210-215 by the end of august would rock! I have been watching my calories lately and increasing the amount of fiber that i have been eating, plus i have been getting in a few hours of golf here and there. Soon I will be back to the gym and back to water aerobics (have to get my schedule straightened out).
I am now at 233.6 lbs so that puts me at 3 lbs down since last month. only 18.6-23.6lbs to go till I make my goal - I should move my date out till the end of Sept. So, heres to hoping I lose weight on vacation and heres to getting back to an exercise routine!
Ok so I am now at 231.8 which is 1.8lbs down so I have to push myself the next week and get those few lbs off to get into the 220s....I will be happy for that ......Water aerobics starts back up in Sept so that will be good.0 -
I weighed in this morning at 207.8! Woot Woot!! I have a MS 2mile Walk tomorrow morning and a 5k run next month ( I haven't registered just yet for that one.) Hope you all are having a great week and are enjoying the challenges. I'll have a new one up on Monday

BMK Challenge: Bring on the Sexy Legs! We're going to run stairs for 7 minutes 3 times this week - if you don't have stairs, use a step board & just step up & down - or if you have a treadmill you can put it at the highest incline & do that for 7 minutes! Have none of that? Time to get creative!! Next - we're going to do calf raises~100 total for the week or more if you can do it! And for this weeks food challenge - We're going to do a day of just VEGGIES & EGGS only. Can you do it? Can I do it? Let's see - here we go!0

Haven't posted in a few weeks, things have been a little crazy. Sounds like lots of successes congrats to all of you!! This Saturday's weigh in was 200.8 for me so just .8 more to go in another 8 days and I'll get to see that 1 in front Good luck everyone!!! I'm so gonna do that 7 minutes on the high incline We'll see how it goes!0

I keep forgetting to post here but I am at 222.4... up .2 from last time I updated. Seems like I keep gaining/losing the same few pounds... in the last 6 weeks or so I am down about 4 pounds. (Sigh) I guess that is better than being up 4 pounds, but I'd love to see the scale move or clothes fit better or SOMETHING!0

Well, it's the end of August, my official weight I'm leaving August with is 205.8 I'll take it and run, too!! I started here at 217.8 and wanted to get to 207.8 and I passed it, I'm very happy with that!! Good luck to you all and I hope you all stay happy, healthy, and continue kicking some butt0
