Weightloss friends!

Hello all!

I just "re"-started this program 2 1/2 weeks ago starting with 75 pounds to lose. In order to keep myself motivated I signed up for a 5K color run in November. I figured I would be less likely to derail if I had a bigger goal to head towards.

I've been overweight most of my life ... yo-yoing up and down.

I would love fellow MFP friends! With each others support we can do this! :smile:
