Logging Sweetner?

Hi, I know a sweetner packet is around 2-4 cals, and really in a day if you’re an abuser these can add up. Does anyone track them? Even when selecting 18 servings they show as zero

The kind of sweetener I use is in liquid form so it doesn't have the fillers that have calories, so I don't log it. I do log my 7up free (it has 4 calories), and I log my black coffee, garlic, and that squeeze of a lemon (even spices and herbs when I'm in the mood). I do it because I'm OCD about my logging, but it's an overkill for most people.
If you use a lot of sweetener, you can either create your own entry for them that has calories or just quick add the calories. I wouldn't worry too much about it otherwise.0 -
I don't, but I round all my food up to the nearest gram. Realistically that 35 gms on the scale could be 35 or 35.9 grams. I figure that rounding equates to about the same amount of sweetener I consume.0
