Fitness program for reluctant teen

I'm looking for a summer program for my son. He starts marching band in August and needs something to help prepare him for marching season. I'd rather have an in person group, but will go for something online he can do with a friend. Are there any national/local programs like that, or online? Thanks.

How about just doing active things as a family? Hiking, biking, swimming? Make it more about having fun than a dreaded chore. If not, maybe check with the school. Mine offered use of the weight room and other activities during the summer.0

Does he want to prepare? Have him check out gyms...closer to the house the better. Maybe get a couple of training sessions to get him in a regiment.0
