Any other (early) menopause mamas here?

Hi all. Hoping to find some other ladies going thru weight gain post menopause. Three years ago I underwent a hysterectomy to finally get some reprieve from years of endometriosis.

Since then I have gained nearly 15 pounds that I can’t seem to get off.

I hate counting calories but hoping this place helps me.

I'm going through it a second time, I think. I have 30 pounds to lose, and trying to muster up the energy. With a 50 hour work day, including 10 hours of commuting/week, it's tough to find the time, and not want to give up quality time with the family.
