Hello. My name is Christina. I am new to this message board just started back in checking my food intake and was just looking around for support. I have a hundred pounds to lose and I was kind of looking for info on people trying to sabotage the diet by buying high calorie foods, sugary sweets, and take out; you know offering and not offering it, displaying in front of you, that kind of unkind actions. Basically positive ways of dealing with it.
