Hello everyone and anyone reading this. Hope you’re sticking to your personal goals. As of right now I’ve been on an 1800 calorie diet. I’m a 24 yr old standing at 5’1 and 3/4 weighting 197.2 lbs. i know what you’re thinking that’s close to 200! And I was. I’ve lost 2lbs since starting my diet! 👍🏼 I’ve always had a hard time keeping a normal body weight with being short and genetics 🧬 working against me. And I’m hoping to meet other people who are just as enthusiastic about healthy eating and exercising as I am now! Any helpful tips and cooking tricks are welcomed! I’m so glad knowing there is a community like this!
