Hi
I'm Sandy a 4th time mom. However being older in age i want to ensure I maintain a healthy and sufficient diet and exercise program that will help me lose weight but ensure that all breastfeeding needs are met for my baby. Open to ideas! Thanks!!

@mbandqb4eva I’m a birthworker and I’m also breastfeeding. Once your supply is well established and baby is over 1 year old, the amount of calories you consume can be less than 1800. If baby is less than a year and you consume less than 1800 calories, your body will still produce the milk for baby, but will start taking nutrients away from you to do so (your calcium, vitamin d, iron, etc.). Message me if you have any questions. Add me on here. When I wanted to add you, it didn’t let me.0
