Hey everyone, I am so excited that I joined fitness pal. I really enjoy having people who are just as motivated as I am. Weight loss is not easy at all. Back in 2009 i weighed a whopping 183 pounds (Might I add I am only 5'3) I saw a few pictures from a new years party I went to in Toronto and BWOOOYYYYY did I ever get the shock of my life. I couldn't understand or even begin to comprehend how I got so big. January 25th 2009 I decided to take action of my health and my appearance. I enrolled to the local YMCA located right behind this office I worked at. From 9-5 everyday I would work and from 6-7 I would be in the gym 5 times a week. Suddenly after 3 months people started to notice that I have lost weight I was getting compliments but I didn't see it myself until I stepped on the scale I couldn't believe my eyes...I was down 30 pounds, I was like HELL YEAH! but then as the years passed I started dating, going out for dinners and before you even knew it I was back up to 163...I have made some progress I am currently 156 but I plan to get down to 145 by the end of next month.

My schedule is

Running the bike path 2 miles 4 days a week and Home videos 2 times a week

I hate going to the mall and looking for clothes that will cover up my stomach and arms, I want to be able to pick out whatever I please. FYI my birthday is on October 25th my boyfriends birthday is on October 12th we are combining our birthdays and throwing a huge party....I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to slip into a well fitted dress and feel like the most confident person in the room. So I ask you fitfam, help me help you to get to our goals...we deserve to look and feel our best!

  • I'm down 14 with another 14 to go to reach 200 even. My schedule is a 3.5 mile run Mon-Fri with resistance training added on M, W, and F. That being said, I'll keep you lifted up so long as you do the same #Let'sGetItIn
