Need a high Calorie/ Low Colesterol /low protein food.

As I begin to maintain after losing 20 lbs I need to bridge my daily calorie deficit of 800 calories with something low cholesterol and low protein. (I’ve already exceeded my daily proteins). Any ideas?

    Did your doctor tell you to cap your protein? If not it exceeding it is not a problem.

    Obviously anything with fat like oil will bridge the gap pretty fast.

    Avocado. It's high in calories from fat, zero cholesterol and low protein.
    Nuts are also good.

    Yeah, basically any plant-based fat source. Avocado, nuts, seeds, olives, olive oil, even dark chocolate.
