How can I lose weight without exercising

Eat less calories than your body burns naturally. That means enter your information in MFP, select a reasonable rate of loss, and follow the calorie goals it gives you. Many people here have lost significant weight without exercise.9

When you complete your personal details and goals set up the calorie goal is for a non-exercise day.
Set a reasonable rate of loss and stick to that goal for 4 weeks, then adjust if required.
It is not intended for exercise to create or contribute to your calorie deficit so there's nothing special you need to do if you are unable to exercise.1
