This was actually a better article than I expected. What he did is not attainable by 99.9% of people, but the way he did it was legitimate. No short cuts, no quick fixes, but rather starting slowly and then many years of very hard work and slow gains.1

Agree, nothing but hard work and commitment over a long time. I wish the article gave a bit more of at time line than just the 12 pounds year 1 and 22 by end of second year.1
