Gain muscle burn fat

Any help would be appreciated on a diet and workout on how to gain muscle but burn fat in about two months.

Fat especially around the waistline.

    There is no exercise that will target your waist line alone, you will loose fat all over your body, however taking pills that help the body produce more testosterone along with resistance training worked for me targeting the waist line. Other methods of targeting fat in specific areas of the body is cool-sculpting but the results are not that dramatic and takes around 4 month to take full effect. Hope this helps

    To lose fat: eat fewer calories than your body needs.

    To gain muscle: eat more calories than your body needs, lift heavy, and hit necessary protein goals.

    The best you can do, since these goals are usually incongruous, is to eat in a slight deficit (250 calories) and lift heavy, using a proven progressive lifting program.
