Started at 218lbs on Mon June 17th 2019, decided to workout more frequently & change poor eating habits. Yesterday was Thursday June 20th & I’ve lost 6.2lbs. I use the RENPHO scale & app to keep track of my daily weight & MyFitnessPal to log in estimates of workouts and foods. If you’re motivated or need motivation add me let’s do this together!!!!
