Looking for accountability

I have dieted for what seems an eternity. Need others trying to lose significant amount of weight. I'm 278 roughly now and want to lose roughly 100 in the long run but I'm going to be trying to set some shorter goals and staying positive about this adventure!

    Yes!Will be better with accountability. please add me, new on this site. I wish everyone well. DO Uall drink atleast 10 cups of water a day? What have you stopped & started? For me, I stopped soda, and started seltzer water

    Always set short attainable goals, as well as your long-term. There will always be set-backs, but you can do it, just keep going.
