Hey Guys! I'm Addy, 26, and I am from Wigan The NW part (UK)
Looking for friends all around the world, so we're able to help and support one another.
I find it easier to loose weight if I have others to do it with, so you don't feel alone in this journey.
I've always had a bad relationship with food and has caused me becoming dependant, and have unhealthy binging habits.
I know I'm not perfect, but I hope I can make some change - so I'm more healthier and more full of life.
