4 weeks to Holidays - 10lb loss??

Do you think this is achievable and any advice? I have a dreadful sweet tooth but sick of feeing bloated. I was signed up to WW but would I be better just recording my nutrition and food here

I’ve gotten back on MFP on May 22,2019 and to date I’ve lost 7 lbs. I can say it’s achievable.0

likely not. 2lb/week is the most recommended for those VERY obese.
if you have only 10-15 to lose it's recommended to stick to 0.5lb/week for safe loss.
