How can I slim down my thighs

    Lose weight. The fat may come from other parts of your body first, but if you lose enough weight, some will come from your thighs.

    Unfortunately we can't spot reduce. I'm pear shaped. For me this is genetic. Just lose weight and add some strength training to keep lean muscle.

    I would try to build muscle in that area and do more cardio like running to focus on that area. Squats, the adductor machine at gym, lunges with weights. All good stuff.

    When I initially lost weight and only walked for exercise, my thighs were still quite big (my hips are wide so there’s a genetic limit to how slim they are gonna get) But once I started running up and down hills and mountains, that indeed slimmed my thighs down and built up my lower legs with muscle. My legs are muscular and more evenly balanced now. I suggest just generally losing weight plus a few years of trail running :#
