Hi,
I'm planning to start a strength training routine. I recently read an article that HRM don't accurately measure calories burned during strength training. So, is it true that my polar watch won't measure correctly?

That's the way I understand it. The calories burned during strength training are fairly minimal (unless you're doing a higher volume no rest circuit, that's more like cardio), so HRMs don't tend to be accurate.0
