Hello I’m from Delaware. I’m not new to MyFitnessPal but I never introduced myself. As of right now I weigh 185.6. I weighed back in the beginning March 204.6. I did a kickboxing challenge and lost 20.4 lbs and that brought me down to 188lbs. The meal plan the gave me was very boring and get bored very easily with food. Started another challenge at the gym called the biggest loser and just weighed myself and I’m 185.6. Right now I’m stuck and need help. My scale said I should be at a 1423 with my calories. On MyFitnessPal I can’t put in the calories so i have to how many grams of protein, fat and carbs in. I really do not know what to do.
