How much weight loss is too much??

Options
Hiya,

I’m just looking for some advice on my weight loss goal.
I started gaining weight over the last year and started going to the gym and working out a lot in February of this year. I was 11 stone 4 and I am 5”8. I am currently weighing at 10 stone 3 and I am over the moon and so proud as this is a massive achievement for me!! My target goal weight is to be 10 stone but I was just wondering if this is a normal weight for someone of my height? I don’t want to be so slim that I don’t look well. Thank you!!

Congratulations on your 15 lb loss.

10 stone seems to be in the middle of the healthy weight range for your height. According to the NHS Height/Weight chart. So I don't see why you couldn't lose those 3 more pounds if you wanted to.

It really depends on how you feel about how you look at that weight.

Awww thank you so much!! Yeah I’m over the moon about the results. Yeah I’m going to see if I can get to 10 stone and see how I feel when I’ve made it. I think it’s just going to be a trial and error until I get there😂 thanks again!!
