I love Pinterest so what am supposed to be looking up. I get alllll my Recipes from Pinterest.

    I would start with the recipes you already use and, as needed, look for lighter versions of them.

    Eat This Not That is a goldmine of information about nutrition. Once you get the hang of nutrients, you can get appropriate recipes or, even better, create your own.

    Are you asking what you're supposed to look up when you log your food? You're most likely going to have to create your own recipes, unless you can find a clear match somebody else already logged (but honestly, I wouldn't trust anyone else's recipes for homemade food, even if it looks like they used the same recipe. You have no idea what kind of tweaks they made.)
