Losing weight and trying to stay positive

Hey y'all. I'm a 20 year old female who is currently at 308lbs. I started my weight loss journey Wednesday and its been so hard but also feels like its rewarding at the same time. I've cut out soda and went straightly to water. But I still have my days where I crave some chicken tenders and Mac n cheese. My main reason for doing this is so my husband and I can have a baby. Anyways I would love to meet some people who are on this same journey so we can motivate each other to keep on going. Thanks!

I’m right there with you. I gave up pop and have been drinking water instead for just over a week. I was doing really well with making healthier food choices, as well, but have been really struggling with cravings for the past couple days.0
