For me it's group fitness classes. Pretty much any Les Mills brand class is great.4
-
Stationary cycling for the calorie burn and ability to multi-task (watch news, use phone, etc.)
Exercises - squats, Pendlays, deadlift1 -
I also love the Les Mills classes - it gave me a great introduction to weights. Am starting next week with a PT to do some lifting sessions to see if I enjoy that.1

I prefer to run, especially long runs and obstacle runs. I'm training for my first half marathon, and I'm loving the challenge and the zen state I get when I find the zone.1

Walking at a stroll.2

My primary exercise is cycling...while I consider it exercise, I don't necessarily consider it a "workout." The exception to that would be if I'm training for an event...but other than that, I just ride for my health and fitness and personal enjoyment.0

It's seasonal.

- Shortly, swimming.
- Snowshoeing in the winter on old wooden snowshoes - now THAT'S a workout!

Lifting (shoulder day ftw) and trail running. I have a certain fondness for group classes because they bring out my competitive side and so I push that much harder, but the workouts I can do in sweet solitude are my favorites.2

Spin or hot yoga.1

I'm going to be excommunicated for this, but the treadmill. I love not having to think about cars, uneven surfaces, traffic lights, people, weather...etc, and just zoning out to a good show or audiobook.4
